Shopping Information

How long it takes to get my package?

The package should arrive at your address in 2 to 5 days time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we will ship your purchases internationally through UPS.

What shipping company is delivering my purchase?

All orders in the Netherlands will be delivered by Post NL. For other countries orders will be delivered by UPS. After we have shipped the order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number of your package. For deliveries in the Netherlands please visit postnl.nl. For other European members state please visit ups.com. Please be aware that, while your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it will take several hours before your number will register in the website.

Payment Information

What payment methods can I use?

Nioulargo.com accept all cards connected to VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Eurocard. Paypal world wide. We also accept ideal payments for Dutch customers. Mollie is our selected payment provider.

Can I get a refund?

A purchase will be refunded once the product has been returned to the Nioulargo Warehouse in the original packing without damages. The return form should be enclosed in the box.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

In the webshop you can select the desired product , the color and size and follow the ordering process until checkout is complete. If you need assistance do not hesitate to contact us on hello@nioulargo.com.

Do I need an account to order?

You do not need to create an account to order. You will have to provide us with some details through the checkout process when purchasing the products so the we can properly deliver your product and follow up on any issues.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please send us an email to hello@nioulargo.com and we will deal with your order personally.

How do I track my order?

You will be provided with a track and trace code in the emailed confirmation of your order.

How can I return a purchase?

That’s no problem. On the page footer, you will find a “Return Form” that we would like you to fill in and send to us, with the product in the original packing. Please read more in our Return Terms and Conditions in the footer page.

How shall I wash my Nioulargo?

Please wash according to the instructions in the instructional labels of the coats. The woolen accessories can be washed in a machine at 30 degrees, please do not dry clean.

I’m not sure of which size to buy. Do you have a size guide?

Yes, in our Size Guide you will find our Size Chart that helps you to indicate right size. You can find the Size Guide in the footer of each page on the website.

I would like to buy a jacket in size small, but that size is faded?

All data shown on product level, are data in connection with Nioulargo warehouse. Only sizes that are highlighted are available from our warehouse. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, the data might change.
